Great vest and really good value for the money
I was worried that this vest would be too heavy, but it fit well. My dog is a 45lb lab mix and I ordered the large, and she was able to swim easily, although is still getting used to not having her feet on the ground. Functions well and is durable. Also, she looked cute in it

Great life jacket!
This came in today. We are boaters and require our dogs to wear flotation vests while traveling to our destination. We adopted a very large new fur baby and I was concerned about getting a sturdy life vest. Well this is definitely it. The fit was perfect for the measurements. The Velcro and buckles are strong. The handle straps are able to lift his 82 pounds if necessary. He is able to move in it without an issue and appears to be very comfortable. I would say that overall it has exceeded what we look for in functionality. It further passed the water resistance test. Overall is very well made and he looks great in the color.

Safe, Secure, and Super Cute!
I bought this life jacket for my small dog before a lake trip, and it gave me total peace of mind. The fit was perfect (size small), and the adjustable straps made it easy to get snug without being uncomfortable. The bright pink color is adorable and also very visible in the water, which made spotting her easy.The buoyancy is excellent—she floated confidently and had no problem paddling around. The strong grab handle on the back came in handy when lifting her in and out of the boat. I also appreciate how lightweight it is; she could run around on land without it bothering her.It feels sturdy, the stitching is well-done, and after several uses it still looks brand new. Good quality, size up!
Fits well, works well, but you have to size up. I originally ordered red in medium per the size chart for my dog with a 26 inch girth and it was wayyyy too small. I ordered the orange since it’s a different style and sized up and it fits very well! The size chart was not accurate for my dog personally. He’s 40lbs, 26 inch girth with a size large.
Dog Life Jacket
Perfect for small dogs! Got this for a 15lb pomsky and size small fits perfect. The hot pink is a nice bright color for high visibility. The jacket does float well and supports her in the water. Quality seems good. Easy to put on and adjust.

amazing life jacket! great pirce
fit very nice and worked well. i found the same life jacket at the pet store for 75$ so i think this is a steal!! very easy to grab my pup in the water and definitely made me feel safe bringing him to the ocean. would buy again
Great life vest for my fur baby
Fits my chihuahua of 10 lbs perfect!!!! She had a smaller one the first year from the same company. Durability, functionality, color all great. I know dogs are born swimmers for the most part but one can never be too safe for our fur babies, she loves to go everywhere with me and this helps to make her feel secure.

Received a used product
I have a cat who enjoys adventuring outdoors and nearly every life jacket is made for dogs so she had a really hard time with the other brands which were so heavy and uncomfortable around her neck. This one was much more comfortable for her and she was able to walk without the weight of it causing her to fall over.The only problem I have with it is that it arrived today very obviously used. There was fur all over the inside but I chalked it up to someone else tried it on and it maybe didn’t fit them. No problem as I’m not a stranger to fur all over the place, so I used a lint roller and all clean. So I thought. As you can see in the photos, this was very obviously used with stains on the outer parts. I’m surprised the seller did not check this before sending it back out. I would return but I need it for this week and we leave for our vacation tomorrow. And seeing as how this is the only one I’ve found that properly fits her, I’m stuck with a used product I paid full price for. So not too happy about that. I will say though she looks super cute in it. I’m not too sure about durability because it has some threads that already seem to be coming out and the stitching does not look very sturdy.

Can recommend!
This size large PFD fits my American Staffordshire/Pitty mix dog great. It kept her afloat as she swam a short distance from the boat to the shore. Once ashore she was able to run, play, and use the bathroom with ease. I appreciate the float under her head that keeps her head up and out of the water. The bright pink is easy to see in the water, on sand, and in the marsh grass as well. I was able to use the handles to lift her up so she could climb the ladder to get back on the boat.I removed 1 star because one of the chest buckles would unclasp if I yanked the strap too forcefully to tighten the strap. I just had to be gentle while tightening the strap which was only a minor inconvenience. The buckle remained latched at all other times (swimming, running, and being lifted by the handles for example).We had a great day out on the boat knowing she was safe in her PFD. While I can’t yet speak to long term durability, our first day out was a success and would recommend this product at this point in time.

DACHSHUND OWNERS – UPDATED
Update: As expected when my dachshund got so excited and wanted to play hard, his arm got caught in the upper strap but as I stated in the post, always be with your dog. Thankfully he was in my held arms as this happened so I caught it. Can’t say this is was due because I was holding him or not.Another update is that it started to rip on top. So I’ll downgrade this rating.Old review: We love this for our dachshund for a couple of reasons. First, it’s a long enough to cover majority of my doxie’s back. Second, since our dogs are already so low, the front floater is essential for our babies to keep their head more afloat with support. I would say though that you should fasten the velcro higher than you usually would to ensure better support when swimming. Fasten it more than you would in all the straps. Third, I think the material is solid and keeps afloat.As always, NEVER leave your dog unattended, ESPECIALLY for dachshunds who are already height unique. I will say, because of the product design, there is always a possibly of the the front legs of the dachshund of becoming stuck in front part of the vest if they pick up their legs too high (this is a possibility for any design similar to this such as winter jackets) – that is why to always keep an eye on your baby and strap the velcro higher.For the company, if you can make the back even slightly longer for our dachshunds that would be great. Otherwise, it works well!
